The Office of the University Registrar provides all official records services for Danforth Campus students including fulfillment of requests for official transcripts and the verification of enrollment and degrees. Diploma services are provided for both Danforth Campus and WashU School of Medicine students.

Transcripts
Washington University has engaged with Parchment, Inc. to provide online transcript ordering. There is a fee per copy, payable online. Current and former students must request transcripts online through Parchment. A consent form is required for third party requests.
Verifications
Current and former Danforth Campus students may request a verification of enrollment or degree(s).
